Kremona

collapse expand iconDescription

The Kremona 90th Anniversary nylon-string guitar is a concept model steeped in tradition with an eye toward the future. Pau ferro has been selected for the back and sides, a closed pore species with exemplary projection. The top is of narrow-grained cedar, specially-bladed to 1.8 mm and supported by stiff, ultralight carbon-fused bracing. This approach amplifies bass frequencies, expanding the instrument's overall volume with increased sensitivity. A dual-channeled Honduran cedar neck retains musicality while providing physics-proven stability without the necessity of a truss rod. Each 90th Anniversary model is individually numbered as part of a limited run.

Includes hardshell case.

After having this guitar for over 5 years, I love this guitar more than ever. The sustain just keeps getting better each year. Overtones are amazing. I also have a Alhambra Linia which I use when I don't want so much sustain. The Kremona finish details are over the top good.

If you appreciate fine string instruments with exotic woods, the Kremona 90th Anniversary Classical Guitar will make a fine addition to anyone's collection. Celebrating almost a century of European Kremona craftsmanship, this guitar is individually numbered on a clean metal plaque at the headstock, a gorgeous-grained solid cedar top with solid pau ferro at the back and sides. The instrument's overall volume every time I pick it up to play always blows me away. I makes me want to practice, practice, practice and truly brings me pleasure to be part pf the Kremona family.

After owning this guitar for one year I can say, I love it even more today. Nothing bad to say here. Still looks and plays like a new one. The action has stayed consistent and it almost plays itself. Easy on the fingers for sure. If you get a chance, play one. You will fall in love.
