The Kali Audio WS-6.2 is a studio subwoofer with 2 x 6.5" high excursion woofers. Designed to be both powerful and small, the WS-6.2 takes up less than half as much space as comparably performing subwoofers. Despite its diminutive form factor, it is capable of 120dB max SPL and 27Hz lower frequency response. The woofers are horizontally opposed, meaning that there is no net vibration from the subwoofer. A built-in 80Hz high-passed output makes it ideal for pairing with most popular studio monitors, including Kali’s LP- and IN-Series monitors. A footswitch jack allows users to bypass both the sub and the crossover so they can hear their mix on their full range speakers. In addition to the 80Hz crossover, the subwoofer can be set for LFE mode or be used with an external crossover. Polarity may also be reversed if necessary.

I bought this sub about two weeks ago, and sold my Kali 12" sub because it was too boomy. The dual 6" just sounds way better and I think is EQ'd better for my room anyway.

  • really great sub for the size

had it for a few weeks now. i cant complain about it. i use it with a pair of iloud mtm speakers. its a great pairing. just enough bass for a small bedroom studio size. very clean low end. it doesnt take up much space either which is great if you dont have much room and are going to put your sub under the desk. its a sound buy if you are on the fence about it.

  • This thing is insanely nice for the money.

I use this right now with a pair of Kali LP-6 V2's and it filled in all the blanks. Extremely low bass extension. Punchy in a properly calibrated room. The form factor is so nice considering my space is tight. My only wish is a more adjustable crossover.
