The KRK S10.4 subwoofer delivers tight, accurate and defined bass, while a highly efficient Class-D power amplifier dramatically increases transient response, control and punch. A wealth of connectivity options allows you to hook up to practically anything without the hassle of an adapter, while a four-position crossover frequency selection switch makes it easy to adjust the subwoofer setting to optimally match your existing monitors.

Refinements in this generation of KRK subwoofers include modestly improved low-frequency extension, improved porting for much better low-frequency phase response and less port noise, a more durable inverted dust cap, optional removable grilles, redesigned cabinets with lower height profiles and less depth than their predecessors for improved placement flexibility and a timeless design with a more professional aesthetic. 

Pairing a KRK subwoofer with KRK or other studio monitors (sold separately) delivers an optimized listening and mixing experience with extended low end, while the exclusive bypass control feature provides full-range audio to your monitors at the click of an optional footswitch (sold separately) without having to move out of the monitoring sweet spot to turn off the subwoofer. This allows for instant comparisons with and without the subwoofer’s contributions to the sound.

    Please call for a Return Authorization number before returning any product for repair.
    For the safest possible return to KRK, please use the shipping carton and packaging that your monitor was originally shipped in.

    KRK cannot be responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process due to poor packing. Make sure to insure your shipment.

    If your monitor is out of warranty and you would like a quotation prior to servicing your product, please include a note with your contact information on it and we will contact you with a service quote. Service will be performed once your method of payment has been established and approved.

    Replacement carton and packaging can be purchased from KRK Systems, LLC. $18.00 per carton.

    Focused, tight, accurate bass without being boomy.

    I'd never heard of KRK before the salesman recommended this sub at the store. I am glad I did. It's a great sounding sub...very focused bass with no artificial boom. The driver is fast to response and quick to dampen. It's perfect for studio work for mixing and recording. Don't let the 160 watt power rating fool you...it's plenty powerful. My recording/rehersal studio is 14'x26' and this sub fills it up completely. It performs almost as well as my $5,000 REL in my listening room and has similar characteristics. Great product!

    Worked for 10 months

    Purchased this in November 23. It didn't have the bottom I was anticipating however it was decent. Turned it on the other day and heard a loud pop and that was the end. Opened the unit to see what I could find but all I found was a broken piece of plastic. Oh well, on to the next one.

      Right output didn't work new out of the box so I returned it. Doesn't come with the speaker grille.

      Love the bass kick that I hear from the bass monitor. I will be getting the other monitors for it as soon as I can. I love the extra features on the speakers the subwoofer you can adjust is awesome. I can't wait to to hear all the monitors together I'm sure it will sound crazy.

      Does this subwoofer come with any kind of "feet"? IE: Rubber pads or even better, a high density rubber foot with a screw going through it and into the body?

      It comes with the power cable, but not the grill. That would be a special order from KRK.

      The photo on the KRK website, and in the google search GC result shows a black grill on the sub woofer. Is the grill included in the box, or available separately?
