Description

The 10s 10" powered studio subwoofer builds upon KRK’s legacy for sonic accuracy and performance. The custom-voiced, glass-aramid woofer delivers tight, defined bass, while the Class-D powered Amplifier dramatically increases transient response, control and punch, allowing you to properly engineer the low-frequency portion of the mix. The 4-position selectable crossover makes it easy to adjust the subwoofer setting to your existing monitors. Pairing the 10s with KRK or another studio monitors delivers an optimized listening and mixing experience with extended low end, while the exclusive bypass-control feature provides full range audio to the monitors if needed, without switching off the subwoofer. KRK’s 10s subwoofer doesn’t just deliver precise bass and a rich feature set: it’s the next dimension in subwoofer performance.

Why this hasn't gotten a review?

This subwoofer is out right amazing, Ive been in 2 of the top studios around town and there using this same sub, so why no reviews? Well ill be the first to tell you, if you have monitors from 5-8 "s you will not be disappointed in anyway, shape, or form, this thing rattles the hell outta everything in house if turned up half way!

Died within the warranty period, no warranty assistance.

It died within the warranty period and I haven't been able to get customer support to honor the warranty. Would not recommend KRK, sound quality is meaningless if the reliability is questionable and aftercare doesn't exist.

    If connecting to Focusrite 2i2 (1st Gen) you will need two cables if you have two monitors.

    I have this sub paired with M Audio 6 x 6's, I challenge you to find a better combination of equipment for superior sound quality and versatility. Every musical instrument played can be identified through the clarity and range of vocal inflection. I highly recommend this combination for any small/medium occasion.

    Will this work on the ROKIT 8 G4? Also what cables will work best .

    Yes it will, all you would need is 1/4" speaker cable.
