The X Series Rhoads RRX24 delivers everything a modern metal-head could want, from its pair of active Seymour Duncan Blackout humbuckers to its ultra-fast laurel fingerboard and Floyd Rose Special bridge. Designed in the spirit of the legendary Randy Rhoads, the RRX24 opens up a world of face-melting possibilities.

Seymour Duncan Blackouts Provide Explosive Tone

The RRX24 is loaded with a Seymour Duncan Blackout AHB-1B in the bridge and AHB-1N in the neck, engineered to pump out massive output and blistering tone. With hot, tight lows, snarling mids and searing highs, these active humbuckers were made for heavy distortion and high gain. A three-way toggle lets you switch between pickups for a range of tones from chunky rhythm to wailing leads.

Shred-Ready Laurel Fingerboard

The fast laurel fingerboard has a 12"—16" compound radius so you can bend notes with ease at the higher frets while still comfortably riffing down low. Jumbo frets make it a breeze to articulate each note and the oiled finish maximizes smoothness. Combined with a thin maple neck, this guitar was built for speed.

Floyd Rose Special Bridge Anchors Your Sound

The recessed Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo system offers exceptional tuning stability and sustain. Make radical divebombs or subtle warbles, safe in the knowledge your guitar will stay in tune through extended jam sessions or multiple takes in the studio.

Lightweight Poplar Body and Reinforced Neck

The sleek poplar body is contoured for playing comfort and reduced weight. The maple neck features graphite reinforcement and a scarf joint, bolstering stability to handle dropped tunings and aggressive styles. Finished in high-gloss black or red, the RRX24 looks as menacing as it sounds. Now available at Guitar Center, pick up your X Series Rhoads RRX24 today.

The Seymour Dunkin pickups have such a brilliant sound and screams. Fretboard is built for speed. Love to shred Kreator, carcass, death on this bad boy. Absolutely recommend!

I love Jackson guitars. This one is a real beauty. The Seymour Duncan blackouts, however... a total bust. They're so bassy you can't distinguish anything in high gain settings. Broke my heart I am returning mind and will be purchasing something with EMGs or Dimarzios

Must have guitar in any metal players tool shed. Black out pick ups sound raw aggressive but clarity isn't lost. The neck plays so fast

I'll be at the States (Atlanta) in June for a conference. I'm planning to buy this beauty to bring back home in Argentina. Do you have some solid case that fits this guitar for my travel back? Thanks!
