Very good guitar

Out of the box the guitar sounds amazing. An issue that I found that was a super simple fix was the first 3 frets were buzzing, but adjusting the truss rod solved that. One thing that I really love about this guitar is the fullness of the powerchords. I'm not really sure if that makes sense but you'll have to play it to understand what I'm saying. Also, if you're just starting out and don't really know what strings to get yourself, don't worry, the ones that already come on the guitar are great. And finally, compared to other Jackson's, this one doesn't have a locking tuner, which is honestly the reason I bought it. Even without one however, it still stays it tune quite well. All in all, my first impression of the guitar blew me away. I had gotten what I thought was the black one, but it's actually a dark wooden finish. It still looks amazing though.
Great Guitar For The Price

I picked this model, mainly because of the mahogany body. I used to have an ESP LTD that had mahogany, so I had an idea what I was getting. After choosing between the two manufactures and different models, I went with this and I love it. No regrets, especially for the price. Never had a Jackson and wanted to try one. The neck is fast, the tone is great. The pickups are decent, but I was planning on upgrading it anyways. I haven't used the tremolo, but it being such a curved head and no locking nuts; I would imaging it wouldn't stay in tune. I will most likely upgrade it.
Very nice!,

I only have good things to say about this guitar. It's light. It resonates. It sounds great. And it extremely fun to play. I also like the looks of the guitar. The body color matches perfectly with the caramelized maple neck. Great Job Jackson.
