Feels more expensive than I was expecting.
Man, i was shocked as to how beautiful this sounds. I'm a metal head who never really had an interest in acoustic guitars, but I found my self in need. Ibanez is the only brand I would trust that's not Martin or the big guns. They have a reputation of giving you way more for the low priced guitars. They excel in the affordable non rock/metal electrics too. And BLAM...I was more than right. This feels like a 500-600 dollar little beast. I keep reading how the "action is too high" in various comments. They need to hush their mouths...the action is PERFECT. It feels more like an electric, akin to a strat. The neck feels more like a strat as well. And that TONE! It's percussive and bell like. I can see how this would give you a diverse range of rhythms, or acoustic leads sounds (blue grass, Spanish guitar...the works). The electronics are amazing too. When I plugged it in my recording set up, I used guitar rig and my little blackstar amp. It sounded like a hollow body!!! LOVE!!! The tuner is accurate and really rad. I wish all guitars had one built in now.

Guitar center needs to update their information on this guitar. Ibanez actually switched the wood material used. For whatever reason, probably cost efficiency, they used to make this guitar with Sapele Mahogany. Now it's with Nyatoh Mahogany.

This guitar isn't worth the price. Buy a different guitar for the same amount. Also the box it came in wasn't in the best condition it should be in for a brand new guitar.
