Ibanez
Description
The Ibanez AE275 acoustic-electric offers ultimate playability with its Comfort Grip neck contour and rounded fingerboard edges. But as seductive as the AE275's playing experience is, the sound is just as mesmerizing. The solid Sitka spruce top and okoume back and sides deliver a full yet taut low end, articulate mids and airy highs, while the Ibanez X-M bracing transmits the guitar's tones with precise dynamics and excellent projection. In addition, notes almost leap off the Katalox fingerboard, as it provides a snappy attack, instant response and lush sustain. Finally, from pickup to preamp, the AE275’s electronics are designed to retain the natural colors of its acoustic sound.

Picked one up slightly used. Great, warm sound. Dark blue finish is unique and excellent, and the clear pick-guard is a nice touch. Playing it in addition to my Taylor 815C, very comparable sound. You hear the difference, but far from a 2 to 3 thousand dollar difference. Recommend for all, beginners to advanced.

Arrived in unplayable condition and not a shipping issue. Horrible set up, neck was twisted, saddle was extremely high. It's as if the action was high and low at the same time. On the few frets that didn't buzz which was may 4 out of the entire instrument, it had terrible tone. The worst acoustic I've ever played. I purchased this as a gift for a friend out of state and I'm horribly embarrassed.
