Excellent for the $$
I bought a pair of these and have pushed them to a "Light" intermittent Clip for 1-2 hrs straight. They did NOT disappoint. Very good sound. Pushed side-by-side with a pair of JBL PRX518s and a pair of Behringer B1800D PROs. The Harbingers held their own. I would not recommend them for long-term Thumpy "Rap or Hip/Hop" music but they do very well with Thrash/Heavy Metal, Rock, Country and Bluegrass. Definitely a good purchase. Will go back in December for 2 more . . . One can never have too many toys. :)

Not for Hip-Hop shows
I bought two of these I use them for one wedding light music worked out great. I did a sweet 16 burned-out one sub took it back to exchange on my third gig with these I did a hip hop show and they both burned out. I would not recommend them for pro DJ use. They're great for small venues at half volume. If you use these subwoofers at full volume expect to burn them out after a few hours of solid play. They do have lots of bass lots of low end but just make sure you don't EVER let them clip. I felt these were not the subs for my DJ application and decided to take them back and move up to more expensive subwoofers. I've owned the QSC powered 18s and the EV powered 18s and they both by far take on more of a work load. I have ran them hard and put them through years of use and they still work for me. I had High Hopes for these Harbingers and thought at this price I can get 2 subs for the price of 1 well it didn't work out for me. I hope this helps

My first sub and still rocking

I bought this sub two years ago in the summer of 2018. It is still doing well, the caveat is you need to really baby this unit or it could give you problems in terms of longevity. I bought it to supplement a single VARI V2215, due to the 2215 not having enough low end alone. Adding this sub allowed me to turn up the volume a bit more on the 2215. The sub is good for punchy bass. It will struggle with deep bass and if you aren't careful that deep bass can damage the unit. Corner loading these bad boys does wonders, but they do great as well for a top/bottom combo. Watch that clip light as it is a very touchy gain pot. The max I can set the gain pot is at 9 o'clock or just a hair past it. Any more than that and the limit light will be a constant reminder. At the 9 o'clock, the clip light slightly flickers at peaks. I have two of these subs along with my two V2215s and they match very well. I have since replaced my tops with JBL PRX815W, and the brightness along with the V2218S is nothing short of awesome! For beginner mobile DJs that are on an extremely tight budget, these will serve you well, but as I stated before, take good care of the amount of volume you feed it and it will serve you well. Abuse it on a regular basis and it will not last long.
Suits my needs perfectly

I got my son a pair of these for DJing. They sound great. Unfortunately they are "huge" and we don't have space in our truck to haul them to events. Therefore, we'll be returning them.

Which product do you sell that mounts speakers to the subwoofer?
