2,400 Watts of Peak Class-D Power Output

The VS18 has a built-in Class-D amplifier that delivers 2,400 (peak) watts of clean power for a maximum SPL output of 134dB. That’s a lot of headroom, so the VS18 can deliver clean bass without audible distortion or other gig-terminating sonic gremlins. To help protect the speaker when the bass is really pumping, the VS18 has clip LEDs for each input to guard against raging signal levels, and front- and rear-mounted limiter LEDs that let you know when maximum volume has been attained.

Roll and Rock

Most subwoofers are feared by working bands and DJs, because transporting a speaker that feels as heavy as a Ford F-150 Lightning with its wheels missing is no fun at all. Happily, the VS18’s 86-lb. heft can be wheeled right into venues, thanks to its easy-roll locking casters. In addition, the cabinet’s integrated handles make it less of a chore to carry the VS18 out of SUVs (or trucks) and onto stages.
