Hal Leonard The Beatles Complete Scores Book

A treasure find, no doubt. Every serious Beatles fan must have it. Excellent presentation/build, good quality.

Not quite what I expected, a little too advanced. Overall though, it's good to have all the songs. Packaging could be better, one corner of the book was mashed in. A wrap of bubble wrap would have helped it get here in better shape. The book already has "character" and I haven't even used it yet. Ha! Ha!

As others have commented, this book has it all from instrumental parts to vocal harmonies. The down side is that it is in a hardback book format with a 5-pt font that is virtually unreadable and tiny. There is no way you will be able to put this book on your music stand and play. You will likely not only need to photocopy the pages (which is forbidden), but will probably want to expand them to 3x the printed size!

Simply put, this is everything a player of any instrument needs to play any Beatle song. What else is there?

At first I was a bit hesitant about buying this, considering the price, but I did and couldn't be happier. It has every song the Beatles ever recorded (even Covers of other peoples songs. It also includes the music to every instrument in each song, everything from horns and strings to cow bells and tambourines. You can completely recreate the songs or sit around a campfire with Acoustic guitars and play them raw - It includes easy to read Tabs and Chords as well as full sheet music. You will love this, So stop reading this review and "Add to Cart"!

Just got this book. It is great. A lot of people are saying that the print is really small. Those people are called "the blind". The print is a good size. It is smaller than most tabs i have seen but what do you expect; it's the complete scores for every beatles song ever. If you want it to have normal size print you would have a book bigger than you're guitar. If you can't see it than get glasses. This is a must get for any beatles fan. It has everything you could ever possibly want to know about a beatles song: guitar, bass, drums, vocals, harmonies, as well as all the different things like trumpets. To sum it all up: get it!
