    i got this book fairly early on into playing bass and was excited. it doesnt help what so ever (in my opinion) and doesnt even teach you all the notes on the fretboard (i.e a chart of what frets on which string are what note, if you follow me). nor does it cover harmonies, or theory. i found better lessons online for free within 5 minutes on google.
