    It has helped learn a new things. Some of the stuff is easier than others. Some challange you more. Of course this is for a new player, I would imagine a more esperienced, gigging musicians would not benefit much from it, but who knows. It did NOT come with a physical CD as the description titile implies but you do get access to download it.
