Gretsch Guitars
Description

Gretsch's G5410T Electromatic Rat Rod Hollow Body Single-Cut with Bigsby is a revolutionary instrument for the iconoclast guitarist. This fully hollow single-cutaway guitar has a voice as loud and untamed as its attitude. Powered by dual Black Top Filter'Tron humbucking pickups, the G5410T produces an explosive tone with roaring punch and snap.

Play in Comfort with a Thinner, Contoured Body

The G5410T's 2.25"-deep single-cutaway hollow body provides playing comfort during even the longest sets. Its slim, contoured build minimizes fatigue while maximizing upper fret access thanks to the cutaway. The G5410T's resonant, all-maple construction produces a lively acoustic sound that resonates when played unplugged.

Dial in Your Tone with Versatile Controls

Shape your tone with the G5410T's upgraded controls, including master volume with treble bleed circuit, master tone, neck and bridge volume controls and a three-way toggle switch. The treble bleed circuit maintains high-end clarity when adjusting the master volume. With independent volume controls for each pickup, you can blend the neck and bridge pickups to your liking. The toggle switch selects neck, bridge or both pickups.

Choose from Three Striking Finishes

The G5410T comes in three satin finishes with a rat rod-inspired vibe: Matte Black with a red pickguard, Matte Phantom Metallic with a black pickguard or Matte Vintage White with a black pickguard. Aged white binding with black and white purfling accents the Matte Black and Matte Phantom Metallic models. The Matte Vintage White model has black binding with white and black purfling. All models have chrome hardware and red Filter'TronTM pickup inserts for an aggressive look.

Additional Premium Appointments

Other premium features include oversized bound f-holes, a late-1950s-inspired bound headstock, a Graph Tech NuBone nut, a rosewood fingerboard with pearloid Neo-ClassicTM thumbnail inlays, a Bigsby B60 vibrato tailpiece and G-arrow control knobs.

I bought this for vintage C&W. There isn't enough clarity for this style. I think it would be better for overdriven styles. The pickups are too hot for my taste. I returned the guitar. The fit and finish of the guitar were excellent. No fret buzz, not sharp fret ends, great paint, etc. I like the new 2.5" depth.

  • yes i would buy this again

I can't return the stupid case unless I want to pay return shipping. Sent the guitar back and now what do I do with this case?? I have bought many level 3 guitars from you, but never one with an obviously cracked headstock! 🤮🤢 I love Gretsch guitars but this deal was BOGUS

  • Great guitar!

Had been looking at hollow bodies for a while now. Played a bunch and this Gretsch Rat Rod stood out for cost, feel and overall quality.
