Gretsch Guitars G9210 Boxcar Square-Neck Resonator Guitar With Padauk Fingerboard Natural

Description
The G9210 features a beautiful mahogany body with traditional-style F holes. The heart of this richly resounding guitar is the Gretsch Ampli-Sonic resonator cone, hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99-percent pure aluminum for fantastic volume and sonic projection.

This exciting family of banjos, mandolins, resonator guitars, ukuleles and Rancher acoustic guitars feature classically authentic Gretsch designs that transport players to a bygone era well before the company made its acclaimed 1950s entry into the electric guitar world.

The "mahogany" is basically plywood and the resonator cone is aluminum. My cone was constantly loose and rattled around the body and the bridge was a disaster - constant buzzing, even after dampening with leather and several trips to the luthier. I smashed mine. Buy something better.
I love this guitar.

I am very happy with it. I am trying to learn again after a long absents from music. I wish the tuners were enclosed but other than that it is perfect.
