  • Don't buy for an ACS SA

The Godin website and the MF product description both say that this case will hold an ACS SA. While technically true, you have to push the guitar against the body end of the case to get the headstock to clear the inside liner. In other words, your guitar headstock is in direct contact with the end of the case. One good blow to the case, and who knows what damage would be done to the instrument. If the case was even an inch longer this would not be a problem. It made me cringe to think of trusting that my guitar would be safe, so I returned the case. That would have been all well and good, except that I had to bear the over $100 cost of sending it back. Very disappointing all the way around.

This is an opened box item but it looks like new with excellent condition and a very good price.

  • The correct case for the correct guitar... Godin

I had to transport a Godin Multiac Grand Concert from Clarksville, Tennessee to San Juan, Puerto Rico; and what I had was a Godin gig bag. So? if what you want is to have peace of mind when an instrument sent through the postal service; at least you have to use the right and proper case for your instrument. If you have a Godin, used a Godin hard case? and that was the reason why I bought this hard case. The guitar arrived in perfect condition and the case stand the long journey. The construction of this hard case is one of excellence; the same quality you will see in the Godin guitars. Do not take chances with other case that your guitar will be dancing inside the case. I guarantee you will like it and feel satisfied with the purchase.

Godin doesn't claim it to be TSA approved. I would assume it isn't.
