    If you are looking for value and features in an SG, this is it! I ordered mine in Candy Apple Red. I think Gibson could've done a little better job with the finish, but, it is on par with other SG models in it's price range. The neck has a nice feel to it. Mine was setup well out of the box. The strap locks, locking tuning machines and locking jack are nice additions. I play through a Peavy ValveKing 100 head and a 412 Randall cab with Greenbacks. I run some effects to include a Tubescreamer modded to 808 specs. The sound is what you'd expect from an SG, with the coil tapping opening up a wide range of tonal options. I can play anything from nice clean tones to classic rock and metal from the same guitar. That's killer!
