Description

Play a Gibson round-shoulder acoustic, like this '60s J-45 Original acoustic guitar, and you will notice that it responds exactly to your style and technique. When you really dig in, it'll sound powerful. Pull back for some more nuanced playing, and you'll get the soft and mellow feel and sound you're trying to convey. It's built with the most popular soundboard, Sitka spruce, with traditional hand-scalloped X-bracing, and is paired with the equally desired all-mahogany back and sides. This '60s J-45 Original offers a period-correct 1-11/16’’ nut width with a rounded profile, making for easy and comfortable fingering all up and down its mahogany neck. You can also easily fine-tune the string action to better fit your preference with the adjustable saddle. The 20-fret '60s J-45 Original features double antiqued binding (multi-ply on the top, single-ply for the back), Grover strap cream button tuners, mother-of-pearl dots along the rosewood fingerboard and an easily recognizable white Gibson pickguard with hot stamp logo.

Also included is a Gibson Accessory Kit and a hardshell case.
