Great deal for a level 2 blemish. I could find nothing wrong with it. Plays and sounds awesome! The g force tuning system works great.

I picked up one of these used from Guitar Center. The guitar itself has a slight ding on it and did not come with the charger but that has to do with the store selling it, not a new one so this review will focus on the guitar itself, the playability, fit and finish (sans the ding as that was not the guitar's fault). This guitar is light, exceptionally light and thin. This guitar seems thinner than the average SG and that is super thin. The electronics are good and the auto tuners work well. The guitar has a solid Explorer sound to it and not really much of a Firebird vibe except the basic body shape. The finish on mine is outstanding! I really like this, especially compared to the Vintage Sunburst finish on my 2016 Firebird. The knobs are interesting, being a chrome plastic but they give the guitar a very cool vibe. The neck is a bit on the wide side but is very comfortable. The neck could easily be described as a soloist neck. I use this guitar for playing metal, something it is excellent for. I have used it for recording already and the clarity from the pickups, even distorted, is impressive. The price is steep for these but they are definitely worth it.
