I have one in faded cherry. The grain of the wood is just beautiful and that's just the beginning. The ebony fingerboard w/ mother of pearl block inlays add class to the looks, too. The real issue is the fine playability and sound. The neck is a little chuncky (2004 model) that reminds me of my '71 Les Paul, to me it's perfect. The '57 Classic pickups are great for rock and all styles and sustain forever. The frets are medium/jumbo that really allow for great bends without having to keep the strings too high. There is not one imperfection on this guitar. I guess one could say I really like this guitar.
