      After a while, most of these little sleeves that come on the stands wear out. But these Gibraltar sleeves last forever! I bought this four pack 3 years ago and none have my cymbals have keyholed at all. They are thicker than most other sleeves so they last a lot longer. Even on my 20" ride they still haven't even begun to wear down. I think little accessories like this are way overlooked and no one really cares about them, but if you are serious about keeping your cymbals in good quality, you should only buy these.
