I owned my first George L cable for 25 years. No issues at all during that time. I would still be using it if it had not been stolen after a gig.

It's a George L, what else needs to be said? The best.

I read the reviews. No this is not as clear as Mogami Platinum. It may be great for your frequencies, and the design is excellent for quickly fixing problems near the end of the cable. Although most players position the cable behind the strap to prevent unwanted pull-outs, in my experience this bend is responsible for most cable issues.
Much improved over my existing cable

I was using a el-cheapo cable that came with a Starcaster kit, and was surprised at the reduced noise level, when I replaced that cable with this cable. The only gripe I have is that the 1/4" plug does not fit tightly in my Marshall amp; that same 1/4" plug fits tightly in both of my Strat and LP guitars. Another thing to note is that the cable that I received has plastic sleeves over the bottom part of the 1/4" plug, so it won't look exactly the same as the product picture on this page. I've owned the cable for approx 3 weeks now and so far, I'm happy with it.
The best cable for the money period.

What else can be said of George L's cable? If you buy cheaper cables or ones that are 3X the price your wasting your money. The best cable on the market hands down even though this is a pre-made. I would suggest the George's cable kit and purchasing the cable to make your own. You will have them for a lifetime and when an end goes bad you clip the cable and screw the jack back on. As for those that don't think cables are that big a deal grab 10 different ones and test them all then plug in a George L's and smile. Welcome to the club :D

I've been using George L's as patch cables for several years, and finally got around to ordering one for my guitars. Wish I hadn't waited so long. The cable is very clean and accurate, my strat never sounded this good with my Fender Vintage Voltage cables, which look cool, but don't last. The cable is a little stiff, but not too bad.
