I have ordered these GHS 7 string set gauge 9 through 62 four other times through the mail and they always got to me fairly quickly.... And really like the balance & the tone and on my Schecter Hell Raiser 7 FR sustainiac...... Wondering why now they are a backorder thing?
No.

I've been using GHS string exclusively for more than 20 years. I bought this set to see what it would do for my bottom end. This set is probably better suited for "drop" type tunings. I tune to A standard. The 62 gauge string is just too tense and bass guitar sounding for me. I will be going back to 10-60.
