    Got this little thing as a stocking stuffer gift years ago, thought it was cute but impractical until I used it in a pinch. Best spatula I've ever owned, almost daily use since then. The curved shape of the lower guitar bout contours to whatever pot/pan you're cooking in.

    It has a thin leading edge and generous sized blade that helps get under the pancake and make a solid flip. Feels solid and well constructed.
