With Ultralow Noise Mic Preamps for Pristine Recordings

Scarlett's redesigned fourth-generation mic pres deliver ultralow noise and wide gain control for the most detailed, nuanced recordings yet. The preamps provide up to 65dB of gain to capture quiet sources clearly. Vocals and acoustic instruments come through with exceptional clarity to capture subtle textures and transients. With Scarlett's clean preamp stage, you can add character using modeled analog processing like the Air mode without artifacts. The preamps have plenty of headroom to record loud guitar amps or drum kits without distortion. Scarlett gives you the pristine sonic foundation to shape your sound.

With Advanced 24-bit/192kHz Converters Capturing Every Musical Detail

Scarlett features high-performance converters typically found only in elite studio interfaces. The converters offer a 120dB dynamic range to capture the faintest details and handle transient peaks when recording loud sources. With sample rates up to 192kHz, Scarlett captures the full frequency spectrum from silky smooth highs down to earth-shaking low end. The conversion maintains exceptional stereo imaging to give your recordings a spacious sense of depth and dimensionality. Whether you're tracking vocals, drums, guitars or sampling vinyl, Scarlett converts each performance into a pristine 24-bit digital signal to work with.

With Flexible I/O to Connect Any Input Source

Scarlett interfaces provide the I/O you need to record any sound source. Connect microphones, instruments, synths, drum machines, turntables and more. The Scarlett 2i2 features two combo XLR-TRS inputs to connect either microphones or line level instruments. Larger Scarlett models offer up to 18 inputs and outputs. Instrument inputs allow direct connection of electric guitars or basses just as if plugging into an amp, while outputs let you connect studio monitors or external effects. With professional 1/4" balanced TRS connections, Scarlett provides the flexibility to integrate outboard gear.

Scarlett comes bundled with Pro Tools Artist music production software for composing, recording, editing and mixing. The DAW provides a flexible non-linear environment to capture ideas and craft full arrangements.
