Perfect bass for a beginner and experienced player

I got this bass to replace my first beginner bass which was around 230$. A soon as I got it, it instantly felt better and had a better sound variety. Also it's simple so the p style of bass was not hard to grasp

Just what everyone needs--another review. I've owned only one other P-bass--a Yamaha BB200 (iirc). I sold it and moved on to basses with a variety of double pickup configurations. Recently, after joining a new gigging group, I found it necessary to add a rich, deep-sounding, powerful bass. The search persisted for months...and stopped after I put this bass, in Arctic white, to an hour-long test. I quickly found how versatile the Fender split pup is, and was somewhat amazed by the spectrum of tone from the single pot knob. Now I have two Fender basses--a J bass for growling lows and hard-driving mids, and this P-bass for clear, deep, strong lows. For those who want a reliable, well-crafted bass and perhaps don't have the $$ for multiple basses, I believe this bass can cover most styles--I found it even pretty decent for slap 'n pop technique. Finally, it's a Fender--MIM quality has caught up to MIA quality imo--and you really can't go wrong with an instrument with a tradition of super service, and that could possibly last a lifetime (with proper care and service).
I woukd recommend this priduct

Great looking and sounding bass - strings that came with it were pretty bad and I had to buy new ones.

Does this guitar have the 30/60 neck profile? Your best guess: "D" shaped, "C" shaped Thanks for your help. What year is this beauty?
According to Fender's site it is the 30/60 and it has a C shaped neck.
