Fender Standard Telecaster HH Demo | Fender

Description

Inspired by the Pacific Ocean, the lustrous FSR Standard Telecaster HH Sea Foam Pearl is a tribute to the Telecaster guitar’s origin in California. With its unique aesthetic style, this is the perfect instrument for the stage—the one-of-a-kind finish shines under the spotlight with the glow of a moonlight ocean. Its exceptional style, thick voice and easy playability are sure to please those who like their music like the sea—mysterious and deep.

Powered by a pair of chrome-covered humbucking pickups, this Telecaster has a slightly thicker, deeper voice than usual, while retaining authentic Fender note clarity and articulation. Master volume and tone controls, along with a three-way blade pickup switch sculpt the pickup’s voice for titanic waves of sound that can be shaped to match any musical genre.

The comfortable modern “C”-shaped neck is comfortable during long playing sessions while the 9.5”-radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets provides a easy, familiar playing feel that handles chords and melodic playing with ease. A 6-saddle string-through-body hardtail bridge provides singing sustain along with accurate intonation and rock-solid tuning stability.

The warm, rich look of the fingerboard contrasts beautifully with the crisp FSR Sea Foam Pearl finish over an alder body. Other aesthetic touches include chrome hardware, skirted control knobs and a dual-wing string tree. A study in restrained elegance, the FSR Standard Telecaster HH Sea Foam Pearl is a gorgeous, luminescent addition to any player’s collection.

Great guitar

Awesome guitar. Stays in tune surprisingly well with stock nut and tuning keys. The body contour is a great addition to an MIM tele. I did change the bridge saddles to modern block ones (stock saddles are the the bent style), put a Tusq nut in and put a Duncan JB pickup in the bridge, but none of these "upgrades" were remotely necessary. This thing is good to go as it is. I own 2 Gibsons, a standard single-coil tele and a Schecter, and this tele is my current go-to. Feels great, sounds great, looks great.

I was never a Tele guy because its rare for them to have 2 HBs and a cool paint job but this guitar is perfect. The neck feels great its almost impossible to knock out of tune and it just sounds great.

  • I would purchase this product again and again without doubt.

Awesome guitar. So comfortable and easy to play. Love the humbuckers. My favorite guitar has always been my American Standard Fender Strat, but Fender made a Tele fan out of me with this one. I absolutely LOVE it!! Thank you Fender.

I did a lot of research prior to making my purchase. So, I felt familiar with this telecaster once I took it home. I really enjoy playing this guitar. I especially like the feel of the neck and fretboard. I haven't had it set up yet but for the most part it plays great as it is. A slight adjustment at the bridge would make it 100%.

  • A little on the heavy side for a telecaster.
