Description
Packed with elegant style and top-notch features, the tenor-sized Rincon Ukulele has a rich, deep voice that's uniquely inspiring. "Electrifying" isn't a word one usually associates with ukuleles, but for players who want to plug in and get loud, the Rincon features an onboard Fishman Kula preamp.

Crafted from ovangkol, with a solid top for enhanced volume, this ukulele sings with full-bodied chime while boasting a natural appearance. A pull-through bridge, bone nut and saddle, and eye-catching abalone rosette round out the modern features. The Rincon V2 now features a 4-in-line Tele headstock with vintage-style closed-back tuning machines, for that unmistakably classic Fender look.

Whether you’re counting sets on the coastline or playing your heart out on stage, a Fender Rincon Ukulele is ready to help you make waves.

after playing on a cheaper plastic concert uke for three years, this uke is really nice to have. the wood grain is absolutely beautiful and the sound is amazing compared to my old one. it's a deeper, fuller tone and also sounds rlly good hooked up to my amp. there's no extra glue or any damage on the uke from shipping either. the controls on the side work well and the built in tuner is very handy. just got this for christmas (i'm 16) and it seems sturdy enough to even last me after i move away from home :))

**BUYER BEWARE**

The gig bag that is shown in the images is not the actual gig bag that comes with this ukulele. The gig bag that comes with this is a cheap, paper thin Fender ukulele gig bag. It's absolutely worthless against the hazards of gigs. At best, the provided gig bag is a dust cover. I spoke with GC about this matter. They apologized and informed me that Fender hasn't provided the updated images for this ukulele? This item is listed as, "new." This is blatantly false advertising and neither Fender or GC will own up to it. GC was helpful. They gave me a fair discount. They are not in my cross-hairs. Fender is. I really want to love this ukulele. It looks awesome with the tele headstock. The wood grain is really cool looking. It plays and sound great, but the build quality falls short. -There's tiny gouges all along the binding that feels sharp on my arm when I'm playing. -Where the sides meet on the bottom of the ukulele, it's not flush or smooth. One side sticks out about 1 milimeter. -There's rough spots on the sidings finish. -There is a lot of extra glue all along the binding and where the neck is set on the body. Considering this is one of Fender's more expensive ukuleles, I would imagine the attention to detail would be tighter. This ukulele looks like it was rushed during the build and the tolerances to pass QC are extremely loose. With the false advertising of the gig bag along with the poor construction, I will be returning this ukulele and go with a more credible ukulele builder.

This ukulele sounds so dull. I tried three different types of strings but it was still dead. The workmanship was horrible. The tuners were grinding, the nut was off by 3mm and glued in and the bout wasn't even sanded down on the seam. It looks nice though. 🤠

I'm a lifelong musician, but novice ukulele player. As the title suggests, I took a chance on a "scratch & dent" item and fortunately, I cannot find any scratches or dents! The electronics seem to be working well too.

  • This is a decent instrument.

Fret board isn't the best and did not come with the nicer brown fender gig bag pictured. It came with a cheaper black gig bag that wasn't as functional.

So far I really enjoy the ukulele, but I was disappointed that it did not come with the gig bag shown. The bag pictured was one of the determining factors in my purchase.

I have a tenor voice ant this tenor ukulele sounds better with my vocals. Fishman electronics works great with my guitar amp. Am enjoying playing ukulele again.
