Reason purchased love My Fender Strats- feel and playability and wanted to try P90s, the pickups of the 50's 60's that rock the world - Now In a Stratocaster. My Likes 1) Beautiful Appearance. 2) Great Feel and Playability -Modern C Neck my favorite Type 3) 2 P90 with 3-way switch 4) Come with Gig Bag Not Great but decent 5) Sound – tone/note separation very distinctive. 6) I have two amps with DI out and the sound from the P90s comes across better than my Tele and HSS Strat. Not slightly muddy, its clear and not lost in the vocals. I never had P90's before so this is a new experience. My Dislikes 1) Vintage style neck with truss rod adjustment at the heal (Why?). 2) Vintage Tuners - Just don't like them 3) Also prefer larger nut size. 4) No choice in Fretboard Wood, I normally prefer maple but the Pau Ferro is grounding on me and it does have an effect on tone. What would I change to make it perfect? 1) Locking Tuners 2) Larger Nut Size 3) Vintage/Modern neck with truss adjustment at head 4) Stainless Steel Frets Took this all-in consideration when I purchased the Guitar and all these dislikes will come to past with the purchase of a New Neck. I indented to when I purchased it. Note: I did decide to stick with the Pau Ferro Fretboard just grew on me. The Noventa Stratocaster Pau Ferro hasn't really caught on yet, but I have no regrets purchasing it and if not for the Tuners and Truss rod adjustment position for me it would have been a 5 Star guitar all the way. If my dislike aren't a biggie for you, and want or like P90s get one of these while you can for it might turn out to be a limited production.
