Low-profile essential

I picked this up on a whim, and my next trip to GC, I'm going to get the acoustic version for my other guitar. It holds my Strat at home, and when I play out, I fold it up, put it in the top compartment of my Strat's case and it performs the same task away. The only caution is to make sure you set your guitar firmly in the arms, or it could slip, since there is no neck support. But if you watch that, this is an unobtrusive essential.

Compact but a bit unstable

The stand folds up easily into a small size. However, I have had some concerns about stability when I park my Fender bass in the stand which is on carpet. It seems to work in this scenario but I have to be careful.

It's a totally fine stand. If you don't have a wild atmosphere with kids or dogs or parties it's absolutely functional. Probably won't bring it to gigs. #sweepstakes

This is fantastic stand. It isn't the most stable for people walking around or a stage but it is perfect for keeping in your case. I set it up at practice and use it to switch between basses. This would be absolutely perfect for guitar but works with my P bass just fine. The J bass is awkward as you can imagine so maybe don't buy if you are an exclusive J player.

I have three and never have a problem. Before I have different model of Proline that cost me more money and they are not so stable and durable

When I put a guitar on it, my reaction was to feel very confident about its ability to hold the guitar securely.

I use it at practice and never had an issue with my bass falling. Sturdy and compact. I like it.
