Fender acoustic guitars are now the best value in solid wood guitars. I have several Paramounts, but my Malibu Classic and the Redondo Special are my go to guitars. I worked for the largest guitar retailer for 6 years and saw the beginning of Fenders acoustic ramp up. They have definitely exceeded my expectations.
3/4 beginner instrument which will mature into the years.

Out of the box this instruments intonation was on par. Solid body guitar and very manageable neck radius, which may help children with smaller hands. Tuners holding well and no slip. If there are imperfections it would be with various spots in wood, but nothing massive.
