Great value, sounds fantastic
I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this guitar was. I bought it sight unseen, though I tried the 6 string model. The tone is rich and full. The fingerboard is just the right size for me and easy to play. The electronics are Fishman and sounds great. I really appreciate that Eric ( the repair guru) went over it before I took possession and signed off on the setup. Talk about the extra mile!

Alright
When I picked it up it came scratched and one of the strings was in the same little hole as the string next to it. At the top. Which damaged the string. It just looks like it had been used and not new but the sound is what your looking for.

Out of the box, it has the best action of any 12 string I've ever played. Sounds and looks great too! A tweak of the truss rod, a new set of strings and I'm very pleased with it. Very good budget friendly, not cheap, 12 string.
Definitely a bargain

I've been looking at "budget friendly" 12 string acoustics for the past year or so. Bought several to try out and returned them all for one reason or another. Except this one.

I have owned numerous 12 strings in the past 50 years. When the salesperson pulled this Fender out of the box, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. But now that I've had it for a couple of weeks I am amazed that it plays and sounds just as good as it looks. Can't beat it for the price.
Great 12 string for the price

I have been playing guitar since 1971, so I'm not a novice. I have had 4 different 12 sting guitars. Since I have smallish hands, this one fit the bill the best since my 1st 12 string back in 1972. It stays in tune, has great sound, and is comfortable to play.
Would not buy again
