Fender CC-60S All-Mahogany Concert Acoustic Guitar Mahogany
The Fender CC-60S all-mahogany concert acoustic guitar is an ideal companion for aspiring guitarists seeking an affordable yet high-quality instrument. Featuring a compact concert-sized body and all-mahogany construction, including a solid mahogany top and mahogany back and sides, the CC-60S delivers a rich, warm tone that sounds full in the fingers and is particularly well-suited for fingerpicking and vocal accompaniment. Its easy-to-play neck offers a slick, fast feel for beginners and the smaller body size reduces shoulder strain, allowing for longer practice sessions. The CC-60S is a perfect first guitar that will inspire any new musician.
All-Mahogany Body Resonates With a Warm, Balanced Tone
While spruce is a popular top wood for acoustics, mahogany is prized for its rounded attack, balanced response across the tonal spectrum and old-school sound. Paired with mahogany back and sides, the solid mahogany top of the CC-60S produces a smoky tone with rich overtones that sound full and articulate when played. This mahogany body gives the CC-60S a tone that fingerpickers and singer-songwriters in particular will find pleasing.
Easy-to-Play Neck Profile Makes Playing a Breeze
The CC-60S features Fender's "easy-to-play" neck profile, a shape designed specifically for comfort and playability. With a slim, fast feel, the neck allows beginners to play without struggling and reduces hand fatigue for long practice sessions. Smooth fingerboard edges further enhance the playing experience, allowing fingers to slide freely up and down the neck.
High-Quality Components at an Affordable Price
While priced for beginners, the CC-60S does not skimp on quality. It features chrome hardware, synthetic bone nut and saddle and Fender-designed tuning machines for solid intonation and tuning stability. A lifetime warranty provides peace of mind for new players. For those looking to begin their musical journey, the CC-60S is an ideal choice.

This guitar is going to be a gift for my fiance (and myself :) ) for Christmas! I took a quick peek when it came to make sure it shipped safely and fell in love. Can't wait until we get to open it for the holidays! Thank you!

3 weeks ago, I had bought the Dread naught version of this ,which is a great guitar but difficult for me to play due to a stroke I had 2 years ago which left the fingertips on my left hand ,numb and thus making playing some what difficult. I am 65 and wanted a easier to play instrument. I saw this on here and seeing that the body is only concert sized, made me go and buy it. It arrived yesterday and to me ,this is much easier for me to play , which I enjoy. So this one is a keeper while I have somebody coming over today to buy the other one. This way I can enjoy my new one while the other one will bring joy to them.
Great Guitar!

I really like this guitar for the price. It's solid top mahogany and back and the sides are mahogany veneer over engineered wood. I enjoy the sound especially now that I've replaced the nut and saddle with bone and the bridge pins with ebony pins. Very easy upgrade would recommend even for beginners. Downsides are a small scratch by the base of the neck as well as the pick guard being placed on at an odd angle which is a needless mistake and unfortunate.
Definitely would buy this again.
