This is a fairly basic amp with no effects. It sounds ok at home but has a major design/manufacturing defect. I have been through 2 of these amps in 2 months. It sound like the speaker wires loosen up during use and the amp goes dead. Shaking the amp a bit sometimes corrects it, but I wouldnt want to depend on it for a gig. The problem could probably be fixed easily enought except that the whole speaker cabinet is sealed and you cant open it to tighten the connection. I really expected more from Fender and am very disappointed. I have Peavey guitar amps that have lasted for years without any problems. The Bassman 100 is a waste.
