I've always wanted an American made Strat and finally took the plunge. I don't get to play much these days but maybe now I will get back to doing so. The guitar is really well built. I didn't know that Fender would provide the newer 5 position switch with it so that was a plus though I will have to swap it out myself. The case is really nice and a little heavier than my Squire case with extra padding and the side compartment has a snap tab to keep it from falling open. They even tossed in a(cheap)strap and an inexpensive cord to get you by. I like the sound.

Sweetest freaking guitar ever built!!! Love it!! Beautiful, smooth, great action, love the 70's look and feel. Love that big headstock. Would recommend this guitar for any artist. I got the natural ash, maple fretboard - like nothing I have ever played before!!!

I've just bought mine 1 week ago, in Manhattan. I was looking for the Olympic White with Rosewood Fretboard, but there was none in store at the time. The only one available was a Olympic White with Maple Neck, and after I tried it out, I just made up my mind and took it. Neck feels great and it sounds amazing, specially when you play it though a VOX amp (a really bright and clean tone). It allows you to recreate all those 70's sounds (Purple or Rainbow sounds, for example). I also have a Vintage Hot Rod 62, which sounds great too, but I think that's the one. Definitely a very good guitar.

I played a number of guitars, mainly Strats, while looking for a guitar. This one felt like butter in my hands the first time I picked it up. So smooth and easy to play even for a novice like myself. The sound is great, the fit and finish is perfect. I took alot of time searching for the right American Made guitar and this one was it. I figured if I was going to buy a guitar it should be American Made and looked at it as a long term investment. I am very happy with my purchase as I will playing this for a very very long time. Very satisfied.
