Don't really know why they make these. I thought it was the part of their locking straps, so you could put on different guitars to make switching guitars easier! They are not. They are too small for the strap end of the locking to fit. They are too narrow to just use them as normal strap buttons. Totally useless, and went directly in the trash. Disappointed at Fender.

These are nice. I ordered some to make sure they fit the Shaller hooks. They do. Screws are included. So I ordered enough to put them on all my guitars so I don't have to hunt for a different strap when I change guitars. Screws are long enough but seemed a little small in diameter for a couple guitars. Maybe they have to be that small to fit the hole in the button. That problem is easily fixed with a small dab of glue and a toothpick, then the screws tightens up. Way cheaper than buying multiple full sets with hooks and buttons.

Glad to see that they are offering these locking strap buttons without having to buy the whole arrangement.

These buttons will work with the Schaller Guitar Strap Locks. I was buying the full lock kit. I was looking at these and wondered if they would fit. I just got tired of having extra locks lying around. If Schaller sells just the buttons, I haven't seen them anywhere on GC's website. These work and they fit correctly.
