Description

The Fender American Professional II Stratocaster neck features a scalloped maple fingerboard, allowing your fingers to make contact only with the strings and not the wood of the fingerboard itself. This enables a lighter touch, greater speed and improved grip on the strings, facilitating effortless string bending, pull-offs and tapping technique. Built at the Corona, California, manufacturing facility, this genuine Fender American Pro II Stratocaster guitar neck is made of maple with a walnut stripe, and features a deep C-shaped profile and 9.5"-radius fingerboard with 22 narrow-tall frets.

This replacement neck is for a Fender or Squier by Fender guitar. Because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Other installation processes may be required, such as fretwork, fitting the neck to the neck pocket and other instrument setup procedures.

I asked GC on here, they didn't know. So I looked myself and on the Sweetwater website is a picture of the back of this neck and it clearly shows four standard holes, so this (neck even though it's an American Pro II) can be fitted to regular bodies (without the contoured heel). There you go, hope that information helps people looking at this neck. They're great necks and this one is very nicely scalloped!
