I am using the guitar for general practice, with emphasis on country, country-rock and blues at this time. This is not a guitar for heavy metal, but with the right amp or pedal, you could probably do that too. It has a nice twang. It feels good in your hands, with the 12 inch radius fretboard and contoured body. The neck is fast, not glossy which my sweaty hands can stick too, but more like a satin finish or oiled wood finish.
