Beautifully made and precision cut. The only con is that there is no shielding on the back of the pickguard so I had to buy the accompanying aluminum pickguard shield for a '62 Stratocaster.
Great buy, MF customer service was awesome!

Perfect fit, and expected Fender quality.
Ron doesn't know 62 pickguards

Ron doesn't know that vintage 1962 pickguards didn't come with taped-on shielding. You have to buy a separate aluminum shield plate for this and that's available from Fender as well. Nothing satisfies ignorant whiny malcontents who shoot their mouths before reading up.
As described, but why no shielding?

This product is as Guitar Center describes, but for an SSS pickguard, I don't believe there's an excuse to have no shielding on the back. C'mon Fender, you specialize in guitars with single coils, and you don't shield your own pickguards? Otherwise, it's a nice mint green color and has a little gap near the heel for truss rods adjustable from the heel. Seriously though, Fender shouldn't let aftermarket competitors out-quality their quality on their own product.
