Description

A basswood body with a bookmatched figured maple top gives this Music Man an especially elegant look. Its select maple neck is attached with 5 bolts for perfect alignment and no shifting. The joint is sculpted and neck plate flush mounted to allow smooth access to the highest frets. Pickups are 2 custom DiMarzio humbuckers with 3-way switching. Schaller tuners with pearl buttons. Music Man Floyd Rose-licensed locking tremolo (lowers pitch only). Includes a Music Man hardshell case.

    This guitar is as close to perfect as you will find in a production guitar. I absolutely recommend the Axis. I also own a JP Majesty and I love them both.

    This is my third Axis and just couldn't be more happy. No other brand delivers the quality of the EB Music Man Axis for the price. Gorgeous looks, they always have the best maple tops, superb playability and excellent tone. It just doesn't get any better.

    Do you know all those things you look on a guitar? Playability, tone, sustain and great looks? This beauty have it all! I'm still amazed by her balanced sound and feel. The dimarzio pickups are great, the body and the arm are amazing and just fits your body, plus, the hardshell case works great!

    I�ۡ���ve owned this guitar since �ۡ���98 or so and I�ۡ���m still in love with it to this day! The neck is the most amazing component of this guitar. I�ۡ���ve played and owned many guitars since then yet I continue to comeback to this one. I�ۡ���ve gigged with this guitar for years and never had a problem. This DiMarzios can scream, cry and deliver a bright and loud tone. This truly is an amazing guitar. Can�ۡ���t wait to buy another.

    This guitar is sweet. I have only played it once and it feels like I have had it my whole life. The neck is on the smaller side but plays great. The pickups are the best sounding pickups I have ever heard. Over all the guitar has become my best friend and I have played it only once or twice. Not only is it the best guitar on the market but it is played by the best guitar player of all time, Eddie Van Halen. A must have.
