abolutely beautiful in sound and body
us lefties don't have alot of options in the guitar department...ex. ever walk into a guitar shop and out of the hundreds of guitars there you get to try about 2?...sound familiar....well i was looking for a left-handed semi-hollow to get that blues sound i craved that i wasn't fully getting out of my strat....so after looking at the epi-dot for awhile i found this baby and fell in love...luckilly they had one at the guitar center near me in lefty form...i played for over an hour and then another hour the next week....i'm still makin payments on it but the warmth, tone, and extra kick you get from the humbuckers and hollow wing design make it worth EVERY penny....my hats off to epiphone

I haven't heard anything negative about this guitar and think that it will be great BUT....It was shipped to GC on time and I was getting some mods done before I picked it up. The distribution facility shipped two neck PUPs and this wasn't noticed while the guitar was waiting in the back for 5 days, so I had to wait even longer once they discovered the problem and had to reorder. Once the 57 classics were installed, Bigsby B7, and a graphite nut, they noticed that the headstock had two cracks at the base. Now that the mods are done they can't send it back so they are repairing it. All of this before I have even played the guitar! The store has handled everything greatly and professionally BUT who is inspecting these guitars in the factory? I still believe in a well dressed epi over a stock lower end Gibson any day. The middle men need to do a better job!

What a dream guitar

The Left-handed Epiphone Sheraton II is a wonderful guitar. I have had the Sheraton for a little over a week now and it is playing great. My 1997 Epiphone Les Paul standard LH is a great guitar but the Epiphone Sheraton II is just flat out amazing The guitar came setup perfect straight out of the box. I may in the future replace the nut, but for a stock nut it is higher quality than most epi nuts I've seen. This guitar can fit most any style of music the player chooses. The vintage sunburst as actually much lighter that in the picture, closer to an Orange/yellow that the dark amber in the picture. I would definitely recommend the Epiphone Sheraton II to any player, regardless of handedness.

As all left handed guitarist know, there's not a great variety of guitars out there. After searching for weeks at separate stores both online and around my town I came across this. Like many others I immediately fell in love with the design. The pictures really don't due it justice.( fyi it's not a dark finish but a much brighter sunburst similar to the right handed original) I was real skeptical about buying my guitar online so i decided to have it sent to my local guitar center in case of issues. When I brought her home ( changed the strings with some ernies) and plugged her in, she played wonders. From a deep rich acoustic sound, to a heavy electric she was perfect for my tastes. Really a perfect guitar. Only minor issues are the cheap plastic nops and is a touch prone to finger prints. A great diverse guitar that can play on multiple ranges.
Great looking guitar!

Guitar looks and sounds great. Buyers should be aware that the colors shown in the website pictures are not the true colors of the guitar you will receive. The wood on the body is a much lighter yellowish orange than the darker redish orange shown. Great guitar if you want that vintage look.

I ordered the Epiphone Sheraton II LH online and had it delivered to my house. Straight out of the box, I couldn't have been more impressed with the looks of this guitar. All of my buddies can't help but talk about how beautiful of a guitar it is. But it gets better. When plugged in to my Fender Frontman 212R it sounds phenominal! Personally, I don't think you can get a better looking and sounding guitar for the price!

Left-handed models are hard to come by, and even harder to test in store, as no one carries many, so I "took a chance". Glad I did! The Sheraton is a joy to play, though the action from the factory is set ridiculously high.Once, I had the set up corrected, it was smooth as silk to play.I have 4 other guitars-this is already my favorite.Gorgeous looks and the sound is pure and clean , but can get nasty when asked. lotta bang for the buck!
