This holds my 335 style guitar very tightly and securely. The padding is sufficient to protect your guitar's finish and hardware, the outside of the case is solid and tough. There is a small compartment for strings, tuner, pics, etc. It's a case and good one. While not super cheap it's definately worth the money. I'd buy another if mine was stolen without my 335 knockoff in it...though I can't imagine why that would happen :)

I ordered my 335 Hardshell case through Guitarcenter.com. It arrived after only 3 days and the shipping was free. Although an Epiphone DOT is lower priced guitar as guitars go, the quality and the finish are outstanding. So i wanted to protect my investment. The 335 hardcase is excellent. Beautiful plush inside, that fits my DOT like a glove. Goodlooking outside case, and the latch system is topnotch. I like the case so much i just ordered the same case for my Les Paul Standard.

The semi-hollow guitar, any make or model, is by nature more fragile than a solid body. Whereas you can get by with a gigbag or whatever for most club-type guitars, the semi-hollows have to be handled with extreme care. You need this case in order to provide that protection. Take care of your gear and it will take care of you.

I received this for free with an Epiphone Riviera. It does awkwardly fit but it is snug and really holds it very well. There is a compartment located under the neck. Quite big and the interior material seems very sturdy and soft. The external material is a very smooth and expensive-feeling leather-like Tolex. It is non-locking but there does seem to be a key hole in the center clasp. Overall very good quality.

I don't believe that this is the correct picture. I have a Les Paul case that has held up for 10 years and still going strong. It is the same as the picture here. I ordered this one (this is the link from my electronic receipt and has matching serial numbers) and it appears to be much better! It is molded and has an almost thick leather feel to it with loads of padding. It really looks like it is of much better quality than in the picture.

I spent a lot of time looking for a case for my 1967 Gibson ES-125 TDC, and could not find a suitable one. While the original case is in remarkable condition, it doesn't do much to protect the guitar so I wanted a good hard shell case. The problem with most of the was that either the neck was supporting the weight of the guitar or it was loose in the case. Not good for the guitar. I took the ES to the local Guitar Center, and tried several cases. One of the guitar techs mentioned an Epiphone "dot" case (Epi 335 case), and pulled it out for me. The ES fit perfectly. It had a nice and tight fit, and no stress on the neck. Absolutely great body support, made for a thin hollow body guitar. I have a few Gibson and Fender cases and this one is equally as nice or nicer, has five latches, and is well made.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm a BEATLES fan and bought a natural finish CASINO just like John Lennon's. Very happy with the guitar and wanted to protect it from scratches and dings so I bought a GATOR hard shell 335 but, it's sooooo big for the casino . I brought it back to GC to buy a different one. The manager Mr. CHRIS DEFAUT was so helpful and recommend to me the EPIPHONE hardshell 335 and it fits PERFECTLY . Nothing against this purchase and serves the purpose of a carrying case for my CASINO.

After spending a lot of money or even a little money, one should always expect the cases, whether soft or hardshell to be in perfect condition. Epiphone, as well as Gibson tend to be lacking in their quality control when it comes to their hardshell cases specifically. I've had more damaged ones than perfect ones over the years. Check the quality and if you don't like what you see, make them get another one in perfect condition !

Good, but not a great case - definitely not as good as my Gibson cases, which are made in Canada (these ones are Asian made), but very functional at a lot less cost, I'd imagine. Fits my Ephiphone Gary Clark Blak & Blu Casino very well, so I'm assuming it will do the same for any ES 335 shaped models of similar dimension. There is bunching in the interior lining where it isn't fitted and glued quite as well as it could be, but this is a relatively minor thing. Overall, a solid purchase.

If you need a case for your 335 Epi, this is it. I saw it as a blem item and knew it was time to snatch it up. I can't even find the blem. Must have been cardboard box that was a little beat up. Even if it wasn't discounted I would have bought it anyway because it was made for my Epi Dot. Excellent material and construction. Complete protection for the guitar. Great professional look. So stop gawking at the picture and just buy it.

Great case, made for the guitar, fits perfectly, I had to let it air out for 24 hours because of the glue smell, that seems to be the case with all chinese products these days, other than that, No Problems. I paid a little over $100.00 with the shipping and never had to leave my home. case was delivered in like three days. I am happy with it.
