    The cover does not cover the bottom of the speaker and has a hole at the top for the speaker handle, which is bad if moving equipment in the rain. The main design flaw in these covers is that they are tight enough that care needs to be taken not to catch the hem on the small metal tab next to the line in jack. I can see lending them to someone and having them damage the speaker or cover.
