This Thing Sucks

Ok my boss bought this peice of garbage. I am a lighting guy and program most of the higher end consoles (hog, Jands, Martin) and find this the most overly complicated peice of trash I have had the misfortune to work with. The Patching is overly complicated the programming is worse. My first run with an LPX-48 and I was up and running with in an hour. I have been going on about 12 with this and all I know is I can make the lights turn on some of the time. What else can I say but save your money and buy light jockey or some other more suited controller. I know this sounds harsh but it sucks Horrendously.
