The value can't be beat; hear and see it in action below

This guitar has gratuitously exceeded my expectations. I actually purchased a set of Seymour Duncan JB pickups that I planned on installing on this guitar if I wasn't pleased with the stock pickups, however, I think the JB's might be going into another one of my guitars instead. I was one of the lucky people to buy a guitar online that I hadn't seen or played before, and have it show up with a proper setup, and beautiful - not a single blemish or imperfection anywhere. My other main guitars are a Fender American Strat, and a Gibson Nighthawk; but I actually used this one in my band's most recent recording and music video which I've posted a link to below where you can see and hear this beauty in action.

Disappointed!!!!

I ordered this product online and received it today. I opened the box and it was just bubble wrapped, with paper padding around the bubble wrap. Next, I noticed the strings were rusted and the frets and board looked dirty. No where on the page did it say used when I purchased it, I thought it was new! To finish it off, it had a chip on the body. Total let down. I called customer service and were apologetic and asked me if I wanted a refund I said I wanted a new one so recommended me to take it into the nearest GC, which I did. The person who helped me out was very courteous and friendly and told me if you want to buy an instrument always go to the store and verify if it's really "new". I ended up getting the purple one and verified it is actually new.

Sunburst is made in Indonesia at the Samick plant. Set neck, mahogany, bound, flametop…don't fool yourself paying more for prs if you want gibson on steriods. I've A/B'd this, a gibson studio with burstbuckers, and a mitchell ms450. For higher gain, this is the winner. Neck position for blues will make you a star. Quit reading reviews from bedroom players - buy this and rock!

  • Plays as good as my Les Paul

I'm a former professional keyboard player who has played guitar as a hobby for decades, but I've never had a really good electric guitar. This is the one. I love this guitar. Love it. Completely revitalized my desire to learn to be a real guitarist. It was a demo model, so for the price I paid I think I got one heck of a fantastic deal. There isn't a mark on it, everything works like new. And it's gorgeous.

This is an OUTSTANDING offering from ESP. I usually stay away from "pretty" guitars. Full body and neck binding, fancy neck inlays, gorgeous veneers....they don't interest me. I want my money to go into the fit, finish, and electronics. But I tried it out at my local GC on a lark. I was blown away. The sound, the playability, the feel, the incredible quality of the build....I was amazed. A pretty guitar that is a monster and also under $500? No way. But it was true. I had to have it. The only thing I don't like about this guitar is how the volume pots are switched from the traditional setup. The front pot is for the bridge pu, and the middle pot is for the neck pu. I looked it up online and apparently it's a metal guitar player thing. I lifted the control plate on the back of the guitar to see if the volume pots could be easily switched to trad, but no dice. It would take complete rewiring. That's cool. I can adjust. Great guitar. I totally recommend it.

Hi! What case and/or gig bag would fit this guitar? If you could provide alternatives for different budgets that would be great. Thanks!

The Gator PRS Style & Wide Body Electric Guitar Case would be the best choice for this guitar. Otherwise, any kind of Les Paul case would work.
