Frank Bello, the maniacal madman bassist for the iconic thrash metal band Anthrax, has designed his latest Signature Series bass, the LTD FB-J4. It's a super-modernized approach to the classic J-style bass, and is perfect for handling the high-energy playing speed and power for which Frank is world renowned.

The FB-J4's design starts with a traditional design using a comfortable alder body and a smooth bolt-on maple neck at 34" scale. But then, this bass adds features like an ebony fingerboard, high-quality Gotoh tuners and bridge, and a whole world of tone via its set of EMG PX and EMG JX active pickups with red covers. The red accents are extended to the FB-J4's dot fingerboard inlays as well as body and headstock binding. It comes in a killer Black Satin finish. Case sold separately.
