    Several major factors for considering this kit - the high hat uses two pieces to simulate a real high hat, the snare has a great side-stick feature, the kick drum is a nice size that can accommodate double kick pedals, and you get two crashes and a ride cymbal. Also, a big factor for me is the drum sizes. You're getting at least 10" for toms and 12" for snare - PERFECT! This kit is meant to simulate real drums which it does VERY. The brain module is easy enough to control and has features you'd expect from an e-kit. There are not a lot of "electronic sounding" drums in this kit because it is intended for drummers who want more of an acoustic drums feel. Efnote really did a good job with this kit and I'm very happy with everything about it so far.

    I'm only going to state my reasoning for buying the Efnote 3B. For starters, the size of the toms and kick are very nice with mesh heads. 3 nice sized cymbals and a very responsive high hat. The snare cross stick mechanism is what closed the deal for me. Pure drum experience. .

    I'm sorry. I don't understand the question. There is nothing proprietary in regards to this set and no specific compatibility requirements. Just about any kick pedal ahd hi-hat stand will work.
