DigiTech Control2 Foot Controller Black

If you buy a GSP1101 you should invest in this foot controller. It is easy to setup, responds quickly, and works well. I cannot imagine not using it if you need to change between presets on the fly.

The GSP1101 with the Control 2 is an awesome combination. It is easy to cycle through the banks, the wah pedal reacts very well. There is a tuner button on the controller so you can get into the tuner on the GSP without having to press the button on the effect unit. The display is nice and large, very bright and easy to read. It's built like a tank! No plastic except for the cover over the digital display. Extremely solid. If you have a GSP1101, you HAVE to get this as well, no doubt.

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased the Digitech GSP-1101 and Control 2 foot controller. The controller is very solid and well-built. The display is very easy-to-view even under very bright lighting conditions. As of this writing, the GSP-1101 firmware updates allow several improvements on the Control 2. One of these updates is the ability to swap the two rows of switches. In other words, you can swap row 1-5 with row 6-10. This moves the effects switches to the first row while the preset select switches are moved to the second row. The units connect with a standard CAT5 cable. In snug locations, rather than have 25' of the included cable lying around, you can use a shorter CAT5 cable to connect the Control 2 to the GSP-1101. I would definitely purchase this product again.
