This is not for a professional player by any means. But if you'r looking for a fun easy, and inexpensive instrument to play, this is you'r ticket. I does need a little work before it sounds good, but it worked well for me. It has a little trouble staying in tune, but I've not had much experience with ukuleles so I don't know how well they stay in tune normally. And You will need to buy a good set of new strings to make it sound good. i would recommend martins if you want good quality. That's it hope you enjoy it!

I bought this uke because I wanted a fair learners uke for my spouse. The uke is made in China so the price was right. It came with a plastic uke bag. Initially you will need to tune it frequently so get a tuner. You will need it as tuning is needed since the strings are stretching.

Comments about Diamond Head DU-150 Soprano Ukulele:

Ukulele was great! Needed a good, simple starter ukulele so I could warm up to the strings. Very fun to play, and easy to tune. However, it needed to be re-tuned nearly every day, but typical for a cheap ukulele.

It's a very nice, cheap ukelele and it's great to use, gets out of tune moderately easy but that's ukeleles in general. Very nice wood finish

Comments about Diamond Head DU-150 Soprano Ukulele:

This is my first ukulele and at first it would constantly go out of tune and even when it was it didn't sound so great, but once you change it to some good quality strings the change is amazing I haven't stopped playing it since I got it but I will probably upgrade to a higher quality one if my skills improve.

A good buy for your first ukulele

Comments about Diamond Head DU-150 Soprano Ukulele:

This was a surprise gift from my wife that she had ordered along with another item that I knew about. The uke has a good neck, fingerboard, and sturdy little body. It took a few days for the strings to seat and stay in tune but after that there were no other problems.
This is not a toy, but a real musical instrument that I look forward to learning how to play

Comments about Diamond Head DU-150 Soprano Ukulele:

It needed new strings from the start. The thing that that kinnects the strings to the ukulele broke because the bottom string wouldn't go into tune unlunlkess I made it really tight and well... Apparently it didn't work that way either. I'm afraid my frustrating experience was due to my inexperience with stringed instruments (I play piano, recorder and a few percussion instruments) and bad strings. Now I have to go get a new one (since it happened within 45 days i dont have to pay). New ukulele and newly bruised hand. Don't let my experience stop you from getting it. Just a warning.

Comments about Diamond Head DU-150 Soprano Ukulele:

I got this uke about a month ago and I am loving it! Doesn't have the best sound, but it's far from being bad. If you're not familiar with the instrument you'd never know it was a cheap model. The strings needed to be stretched a bit but I think it keeps it's tune very well, I play it for about half an hour a day and it only needs minor adjustments every couple days.
