Awsome for your first 8 string guitar!

I got this guitar a little after Christmas last year, and it great. The neck is only a little wider than my Sonata acoustic 12 string, and my small hands fit perfectly. The trick is to relax your thumb, and then you will get some really cool riffs with it. The only thing I don't like is that for some reason when I switch my effect board from distorted to clean, the volume drops a little. But it plays nice, I use it when I play black metal riffs, and the shape is awesome. Its a little heavy, but if you use a soft leather strap you wont have any pain on your shoulder or back. I am now planning on buying a second 8 string, but I suggest this one if you are playing an 8 string for the first time. I give this one a 4!
